CAPS builds shared commitment to higher standards of transparency, governance and efficacy in civic engagement throughout Asia by:

• Understanding fundamental strengths and cultural practices in Asia;
• Working with philanthropists to increase the impact of their investments;
• Utilizing understanding of best practices to increase capacity of social delivery organizations to provide transparent governance, increased efficacy, measurable results and deepen impact;
• Influencing the adoption of business rigor and tools in the charitable sector;
• Creating a regional community of stakeholders working toward these ends.
